So there's this horrible thing called Being Really Crazy Sick.
And sadly that is what I am.
In other news you possibly haven't heard yet:
I got switched to third grade! Yup I spent the last three weeks of the school year teaching third grade and that's where I'll be when we start up again January 7.
My first day with third grade, one of them pooped his pants. In the classroom. The following week two kids randomly puked in the middle of our read-aloud. The third week went better but then I sent the kids home for Christmas that Friday (the 14th) and came home and immediately became so incredibly sick that I've barely been able to do anything other than walk to the kitchen to heat up more tea. (And I have to sit down while the water heats.)
I have the doctor-diagnosed, swab-jammed-up-your-nose, actual Flu, or influenza as it is properly called, no? heh, as well as an ear infection, lots of throat irritation, and while going on drugs was supposed to cure me (STILL WAITING!) it has instead given me that spinny, empty head so I have basically spent an entire week doing nothing but being psuedo comatose and vaguely watching movies out of the corner of my eye as I sit miserably waiting for death.
It really sucks because there are three quilts I could have easily finished by year-end had I been able to sit up at the sewing machine last week! ;(
*Fingers crossed* I get better soon because the boredom of being too ill to do almost anything is DRIVING ME INSANE. Hopefully the health situation where you are is better!

You poor thing, hope you are feeling better! I've had flu and it is truly awful especially when you try and stand up. Funny enough I was just making something for you......
