NaBloPoMo4: HI HI HI HI YAY!!!

Oh hello my wonderful generous friends!!! Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has sent me a book, or two, or more, or $$$!!!! I'M SO EXCITED CAN YOU TELL?!??!?!?!?!?

I have enough (60) books for my 7th graders on the way and since some crazy looney bananapants few of you sent me so much more money than $6, I am going ahead and shooting for the 120 so I can give them to the 8th graders as well! With the Amazon 4-for-3 deal the book qualifies for, you can get 5 books for only $25 so I have been transferring paypal money to my checking account and ordering them in bunches. YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

SO yeah, thank you super bunches of bajillions to those who sent me books and if you haven't yet and thought "oh I wonder if she still needs books" the answer is yes, I will still take your $6. {CHECK MY LAST SEVERAL POSTS FOR DETAILS, I AM TOO LAZY TO LINK)

I'm making sure it all goes to books for my kiddos so if I go over, I will give extras to the school library and/or replenish my cooperating teacher's classroom library with some of the books I used in my lessons the past few months (that I had checked out of the library).

In today's swap, I thought I'd show you the blocks I've been swapped so far in the NewBee quilting bee.

Oh hey Newbee ladies, my quilt is a'growin!

I have sewn blocks for a bunch of these ladies, although Sarah is still waiting on me to finish hers and I think a couple people had their month before I joined the Bee as a fill-in. So it's possible I have gotten more from this swap than I have given, I'm not really sure. ;)

Isn't that green fabric just fab in a quilt? I got that in a one-way swap from Cinnamon who had a whole bolt of it. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

OK I'm a little nutty right now all hyped up on the joy of my friends being crazy generous and this being Friday and me being crazy tired and blabbity blah blergh blah

Yeah I better sign off now. Thanks again, people. And I'll talk at ya tomorrow, holler.

YAY Books! :) Also, the green really pops when you see all the blocks together, very neat! I finished two of yours but think I have enough fabric to make another. Either way, they will be on the way to you this week!

Is a one-way swap really a swap? I really like the green anyway, it ties all the blocks together really nicely.
