Good News! (Mostly!)
HEY THERE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD. So yeah, I GOT A (TEACHING) JOB.
Only bit of hesitancy is there's a strong possibility (if not probability) that my position could get cut in October if the school's enrollment numbers are too low. PLEASE NOOOOOO. KEEP ALL APPLICABLE FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!!!
(That is not my house.)
Sixth grade language arts at the same school where I filled a maternity leave (TAT) position in the Spring. So that means my good friend Natalie will also be teaching sixth grade language arts down the hall! YAY!! And also one of the teachers in my specific 3-teacher cohort (one LA, one science, one math) is the same science teacher I taught with in the spring and she was awesome so YAY! (I don't know the math teacher yet.)
I'm super excited and a little nervous and a little still very stressed out (as if the job ends in October, that may mean I still have to give up my apartment, boo hiss) but trying to stay mostly on the positive side of the excitement see-saw!!
This also means I need your help.

OK I have to go try to finish up some freelance work that has really suffered a lapse in my attention during this horrible try desperately to find a job time period!!! YAY I HAVE A JOB. For now anyway. YAY! ;)
