Today was all about the knittin'.

Well, I did have that test at 8 a.m. But I was home by 10 so it either went fine or REALLY BADLY and I guess we'll find out in a month.

But after that, there was some knittin' with some lovely knittin' ladies stopping by as well.

Almost done with Xeriscape in some lovely very light alpaca from an old Rhinebeck trip.

In the home stretch

And started a Thermis for a friend in some stashed bright orange cashmere.

Just stepped up to the plate

I kept screwing up my magic loop and also knitted a few rows of a moebius strip at one point but it seems to be on track now. Phew!

OK off to a Purple Apple show at the Hideout. Yay fun girlie tunes! :) (More here. Olivia's Uncle is my friend Paul.)

Love that orange. And Xeriscape is totally unfamiliar to me. Guess I'll pop over to Ravelry to see what's what.
