Today is an "off" day.
My third and last final isn't until tomorrow night, and honestly, there's just no studying need be done. I've read all the readings, been to all the classes, and I've gotten 100% on every assignment (as well as extra points on the midterm).
I'm just going to take it easy, try to repair the hurricane that hit my apartment the last five or so days, and then I'll read over my notes over once tonight before I (HOPEFULLY) get a long night's sleep and start recovering some of the rest I have not been getting. Easy peasy.
After last night's somewhat traumatic presentation (we did a mini-lesson with some kids, wrote up a paper on it, and then did a presentation to the class as our final) where I was accused (kindly) of being too hard on myself (eh, you're good at what you're good at, ya know?), I went out for deeeelicious pizza with these two lovely people.
Reesie, who I've known online for several years at least.
And Sen (pronounced Shan, it's Turkish), who is bound and determined to discover who we both mutually know in Chicago (he's convinced).
There was a LOT of laughing and it was just what I needed. Thanks, you awesome people, you!
