I just want you to know...
1. My Boobs are HUGE today. Crazy huge! (And not for any cyclic reasons.)
2. My "dislocated shoulder blade" pain has now moved up into actual shoulder and neck and I can no longer turn my head to the right and Also! Bonus! my shoulder is visibly twitching as I try to do my w-o-r-k today. Fun!!
But other than those two bizarro happenins, I am almost a normal human again, and that is good. Later.

1a. My boobs normally get bigger cyclically, but this time they just stayed bigger. Like, a lot bigger. Like, I'm going to have to go shopping soon and maybe rethink some of my wardrobe kind of bigger. So, yeah, I know how weird that is.

2. You've gone to the doctor about this already haven't you? I seem to remember that you have and it wasn't something they could figure out. Is that right? Either way, dude, that sucks!
Maybe the shoulder think is swelling your boobs? How about a doctor appointment????

Please get a 2nd opinion! If Doc 1 couldn't figure it out, you need to find someone who is capable.
No comment on your boobs, but that photo is gorgeous.
Ugh, hope your neck and shoulder feel better soon. I have been there and totally know how much that hurts. Have you gotten cortisone injections for it, by any chance? It helps. Get thee to a doctor who will zap those trigger points.
