(Lack of Significant) Progress.
First sock of pair: one kitchenered heel, another few inches, and a toe away from being a single sock.
Maddox: Back, one sleeve, and left front (shown). Another front and sleeve to go. That should only take me another six months.
I did absolutely no quilting this weekend despite MANY PLANS for basting, bordering, quilting and piecing. Buffy and Angel and many hours lying motionless on the couch kinda got in the way. That and a huge ass painful blister I popped and peeled the skin off (bad, stupid, dumb idea) on my heel. How can I quilt with all this pain in my foot? Really, man.

and yeah--the flaw with quilting (machine quilting anyway) ist aht you can't really do it in front of the TV. Priorities, man.

groovy sock - I really love the heel, and the colours. My Maddox is finished (!) although a week away in Turkey has meant no blogging and little knitting. Will try to update over weekend.
