In which I ask some questions.
What's your superpower?
I asked Carla not to watch any Bears' games this season after she revealed her superpower: every time she watches a football game, someone is taken off in a stretcher.
Obviously there are some superpowers that are shared by all (if you carry an umbrella, it won't rain, etc.), but here are the ones I am specifically skilled at:
- If I go to Shea, it rains (the Mets are happy I moved away).
- If I breakup with you, you will marry the next girl you date.
- If you are one of the first three people I become close friends with in a new city, you might as well start packing your bags, as you'll be moving in the next two years.
I am also quite skilled at inducing pregnancy in others, but that involves quite a few different factors coming together and doesn't really fit into the one-off formula I'm using for this example.
What's your superpower?
Following in Michelle's footsteps: Are there any other questions you'd like me to answer? I'll take them into consideration. But I make no promises.
Tomorrow Night: I have plans for Cooking with Intention. Think I can hold myself to it? Want to place a bet?

One of my superpowers, dubious though it may be, is that I make a Led Zeppelin song come on the radio every time I'm in the car. Doesn't matter which station is on, or what car I'm in.

What did you cook? Curious cooks want to know.

If I go to a movie with you, a large talky smelly person will sit in front of us.

Superpower: If I write a comment in someone's blog about making the Dear Jane blocks of the month, she will finish them. ;-)

Is the email link off the snip page or did I just miss it? Wanted to pass on a short and sweet book suggestion - Dope by Sara Gran. I really enjoyed it. It's a good mix of mystery, noir and drug/NYC. You inspired me to read 50 books this year - I'm at 47. I started riding my bike to work every day in the Spring and that cuts into reading time since I can't read and bike. Rats! Now if I could only figure out how to read and knit. :)

If I ask for an aisle or window seat on an airplane, I will always get the middle seat.
