Old friends, good times, and the best sweet potato casserole in the land.
Hope y'all had a good weekend.
Pam's Sweet Potato Casserole
part 1:
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter/marg, softened
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
part 2:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter/marg, softened
1 c. pecan halves/or chopped
stir together part 1 ingredients until creamy. put in casserole dish.
mix together topping ingredients. crumble by hand and spread over top.
bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
YUM.
