My commitment to procrastination is the only one I can keep.

So today I did two loads of laundry, baked cookies, downloaded seven albums and multiple singles (and burned backup copies), washed dishes, and watched Veronica Mars.... all to procrastinate and not spend the 15 minutes it would have taken me to get things set up for quilting.

Yes, I really planned to spend the entire day quilting, but just could not find it in me to spend the 15 minutes to set things up.

Now THAT is procrastination, people.

OMG! I think you might be me!

I have always said that if my house is clean, you know I have a deadline......(and not to have a clean house).

That's dedication! I'm like that and that's why knitting is my no. 1 hobby even though it takes ages to complete anything - no setting up! I could have sewed a whole wardrobe by now but I'm too lazy to get out my sewing machine. What cookies did you make?

The *next step* in any big project is usually a powerful motivator for me...to do anything else.
On the bright side, wow, you got a lot accomplished!

That is some excellent procrastination. As a heavy-duty procrastinator myself, I admire you. And now I must go and clean something instead of reading Foucault...

Good thing you don't have a car because you'd have taken five hours to detail that...:)

Are you NOW going to quilt???

You're the best procrastinator I know. :)

I wish I had as productive procrastination as you do. I seem to not only not get what I intended, but strangely nothing else as well. No cookies or anything. I'm not sure how that happens.
