More anxiety crafting.

I finished one of the hedgehog quilt tops but I only got pictures of the sashing and borders for now. It'll be done soon enough and you can see the whole thing then! :)

Pinking it up.

Pinking it up.

I made the binding for my Bee quilt and started quilting it.

I do tend to make more binding than I need.

I made 9 pillowcases for my friend Rachel, of three different types

Nine (!!) Pillowcases! (of varying types)

And I made a stand-up case/cover for my iPad!

iPad standup case!!

Here's how it looks all folded up:

All folded up.

Technically I also finished something else but I'm waiting for it to arrive at its destination. Here's a sneak peek:

Just a sneak peek at something that went in the mail today.

OK back to the miserable job hunt. I mean yeah I'd still love to get a teaching job but for right now I need even temp work to help tide me over. Both financially AND mentally, as I'm a bit over the edge of misery and stress right now. But so far no luck with temp agencies or temp-type jobs like coffee shops etc. GAAAAH. SEND $$$$. Or you know, good thoughts. WHICHEVER. :)

p.s. I AM JOKING. DON'T SEND $$.

Love the quilts - especially the mitered border on the hedgehog one. It looks awesome. I bow to your miter skillz.

Your anxiety crafting is quite lovely. I shall send you positive job energy in lieu of cash...

This is one very pretty quilt, an impressive spiral of binding, and if I had an iPad I'd want one of those thingies for it—brilliant.

Best of luck with the job hunt. I'm sure something grand will come up soon, because even though I don't really know you I know that the world needs a few more teachers like you, post haste.

Cool quilts always. I know you love your city but we do need good teachers all over rural MN. Anyway, thanks for the nice quilts.
